By accessing realtorsfy.com you declare that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

Realtorsfy acts as a real estate agency specialized in curating high-end properties (CRECI/SP 000000-J). We do not own the properties presented — we act as an intermediary between qualified buyers and selected owners.

Listings, prices, photographs and descriptions are provided based on data supplied by owners and validated by our team. Subject to change without notice. Visits and offers are conducted exclusively by a senior advisor.

Price on request indicates properties whose price is not disclosed publicly — we will share it upon qualification of the prospect.

You agree to:

• Provide truthful information in contact forms
• Not attempt to access restricted areas or bypass security mechanisms
• Not reproduce, distribute or commercially use site content without authorization
• Keep confidential any restricted information shared during the service

The Realtorsfy brand, visual identity, original photographs, texts and the code of this site are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

We are not liable for: temporary site unavailability due to maintenance or force majeure; decisions made based solely on site information without our direct intermediation; the content of external sites that may be linked.

Intermediation commissions are set in a specific contract signed between the parties before any property is presented. No amount is charged to the prospect without prior formalization.

We may update these Terms. The date of the last revision will always be at the top. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of the District of São Paulo/SP are elected to settle any disputes, unless otherwise required by law.
