Personal data protection

Realtorsfy operates under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018) and in line with international best practices. We treat your data with the same confidentiality we devote to your identity in the market.

Our DPO is responsible for ensuring LGPD compliance and handling requests from data subjects and the ANPD.

The LGPD guarantees you:

• Confirmation that your data is being processed
• Access to the data we hold about you
• Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data
• Anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data
• Portability of your data to another provider
• Deletion of data processed on the basis of consent
• Information about whom we share your data with
• Withdrawal of consent

The preferred channel is our Subject Portal, which organizes requests by type and keeps a transparent history of your requests. You may also write directly to dpo@realtorsfy.com.

We respond within 15 calendar days, per Art. 19 of the LGPD. In cases requiring further diligence, we will communicate the extended deadline in writing.

In the event of an incident that may pose relevant risk or harm to you, we will notify you within a reasonable time and take measures to mitigate the effects, per Art. 48 of the LGPD.

You may always contact the National Data Protection Authority if you believe your rights have been disregarded. We encourage you to contact our DPO first — so we can resolve it faster.
